1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing any IT service package on stage-x.shop, you agree to these Terms and Conditions governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

2. Payments & Pricing

All prices listed on stage-x.shop are fixed and denominated in Indian Rupees (INR - ₹). Payments are processed securely via authorized Reserve Bank of India (RBI) compliant payment aggregators (Razorpay). No hidden shipping fees or handling charges apply to digital services.

3. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

Upon full settlement of the service package invoice, 100% ownership of custom-developed code, Figma design assets, databases, and deployment scripts is irrevocably assigned to the client. STAGE-X retains no ongoing claims to proprietary client algorithms or business logic.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall STAGE-X be liable for indirect, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from third-party server downtime, hosting provider outages, or DNS propagation delays beyond our direct control. Maximum aggregate liability is limited to the total fee paid for the specific service package.
